Lo was born in Laos, and came to America in 1980. He lived in Michigan working in the roofing industry then moved to Florida in 2003. He married his high school sweetheart, and has 3 children and 4 grandbabies (his pride & joy) and loves to fish and watching football. He takes pride in talking with homeowners not only about their roof and work, but he gets to know them on a personal level and they all love him.
